From the moment we arrived, Sophie was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out quickly and correctly, and she checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. Sophie had great menu knowledge and gave excellent recommendations that we ended up loving. She made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable with her positive attitude and professionalism. “ My son loves to come here. There’s always a friendly smile when you walk in the door to greet you the staff is always very pleasant and a great mood. The manager Stu always goes to table introducing himself asking how people‘s meal was. We always get the twice baked wings. I’ll never eat deep fried wings again. They got a great kids menu and today our server. Molly was so pleasant. She never stop smiling I hope to get her again another time. ”

“ Brooke was an incredible server — she was prompt, very friendly, and made our experience even better. The food was delicious, hot, and came out quickly — the cook was definitely on fire today! The atmosphere at Boston Pizza Portland Street is always great: very clean, comfortable, and the music isn’t too loud. We always feel so welcome there. We also really appreciate that the manager, Stew, always checks in with us to see how everything was. Great service all around! ”

“ We had an excellent experience at the Portland Street location tonight. The parking lot was full when we arrived at supper time and we were expecting a wait but we were seated right away. Our server, Claire was friendly and attentive. We received our food quickly and it was excellent as always. The restaurant was very busy but the management and staff were all pleasant and efficient, they worked as a team to make sure the patrons are well looked after. It was a pleasure to witness! “ We were seated very quickly into a nice roomy booth. Our server Brittany was very friendly, took our order quickly. Drinks came first , then lunch which was hot, fresh and delicious. The host Mallory was very sweet, she checked on us frequently, refilled our drinks and removed our plates promptly once we were done. Great lunch experience! ”

“ Brittany is fabulous. I come here once a month to have lunch with a friend and Brittany is always so pleasant, friendly and serves us with a smile. The manager treats his customers as family. He always comes to our table to ask how the service was and how we are doing. Very kind and caring for his customers. This keeps us coming back for our monthly catch ups.
